You will be responsible for

Understand Genesis brand DNA and Design Criteria and further research and development
Working on Interior Design from first sketch to 3D model to full size model for production and show cars
Create 3D models without help of a CAD Modeler based on own Designs
Support other Designers transferring their ideas into CAD models
Strong focus on Digital Design, not on traditional workflow
Handling of Design projects and presentations in cooperation with management
Design of brand goods and merchandising items based on the understanding of Genesis brand DNA
Close co-work with all related functions within Design and R&D Center

Who we are looking for

Demonstrated ability to translate creative ideas into high-quality 3D digital proposals, with expert-level proficiency in design software (Autodesk Alias, Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, and/or equivalent)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transportation Design, Automotive Design, Industrial Design or a related design discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in relevant fields
Proven experience delivering interior design proposals for production vehicles and/or concept cars
Familiarity with digital design visualization workflows and VR / real-time review environments
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills
Open-minded personality with pro-active approach
Fluent in English, additional language skills are a plus
