You will be responsible for

Support in customer research projects and UX surveys at the UX Studio in Frankfurt
Configuring and deploying the UX Studio Driving Simulator for HMI studies
Analysis of customer data
Desk research and preparation of internal reports
Support in UX Studio location & technology management
Support in UX/ UI prototyping
Handling prototypes and benchmark cars

Who we are looking for

Enrolled in any kind of UX or customer research related university study (engineering, psychology, design, computer sciences, social science, …)
Passion for automobiles & mobility topics
Independent, consistent and flexible working style
A good command of English
Good knowledge of Microsoft applications like PowerPoint and Excel
Basic Python programming would be a plus
Knowledge in Figma and ProtoPie would be a plus
Experience in market research is a plus
Intercultural & communication skills is a plus
Working student: 20h/ week, Internship: 3-6 months
