To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Corporate Infrastructure department an

(Advanced) IT Specialist (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

Develop and execute IT strategies by analyzing data, researching trends and preparing planning documents
Manage daily IT operations including infrastructure maintenance, system monitoring and user support
Administer user accounts and access rights and maintain system settings
Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, procurement and disposal records
Plan and manage IT budgets including cost analysis, purchase requests and vendor quotations
Coordinate with third-party IT service providers and vendors to ensure service quality and contract compliance
Participate in IT projects including scheduling, progress tracking, documentation and stakeholder communication
Participate in IT architecture documentation such as network diagrams and system configurations
Collaborate with HMETC departments and HQ (South Korea) to ensure IT project requirements are met
Managing and operating internal systems including ERP and the corporate website
Create and maintain technical documentation including manuals, FAQs and setup guides
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and management

Who we are looking for

Degree in Computer Science or related field
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure including networks, servers and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
Hands-on experience with hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Familiarity with user account management and access control systems
Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and coordination
Experience in IT operations, technical support or IT budgeting and working with third-party vendors or service providers
A very good command of English language, intercultural and communication skills; German is a plus
