To start from February 2026, we are currently seeking an
INTERNSHIP + Master Thesis : CHARGING PERFORMANCE
EFFICIENCY and V2X applications study
INTERNSHIP + Master Thesis : CHARGING PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY and V2X applications study (M/F/D)
You will be responsible for
Main scope:
- Charging performance & efficiency testing on Hyundai Motors and competitor vehicles
- Charging functions (V2X) testing on Hyundai Motors vehicles
- Development and execution of grid code test cases for vehicle to grid integration
- Identify and analyze the main differences (HW/ SW) between HMG and its competitors to underline dev. opportunities
- Analysis reporting on results and approach
Support tasks:
- Vehicle preparation for development activities
- Propose improvements in process, tools (VBA/Matlab/Python Script) and testing procedures
Who we are looking for
- Degree in electrical, mechanical, or automotive engineering
- Knowledge of main xEV electrical architecture (hardware components and their behaviors)
- Knowledge of programming language Matlab, Python, VBA
- Knowledge of electrical measurement equipment e.g. power analyzer, oscilloscope
- Willing to work in an international and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel with valid European driving license B mandatory
- Strong self-motivation, excellent analytical skills as well as a problem-solving mentality
- Very good command of English, intercultural and communication skills
