To start shortly, we are currently seeking a

Advanced Administrator for HR Operations Support (M/F/D)

You will be responsible for

  • General Support: Assisting the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes
  • System & Data Management: Maintaining and updating all HR-related systems and databases (e.g. registering new hires, recording employee absences, updating organizational charts, publishing job advertisements)
  • Payroll Coordination: Support monthly payroll preparation by coordinating with external payroll partners and assisting employees, managers, and HR colleagues with payroll-related inquiries
  • Student Operations: Overseeing all student-related processes (e.g. scheduling interviews, preparing hiring documents, managing onboarding and offboarding procedures) and activities (e.g. organizing student fairs and events, creating student-related content for the intranet)

Who we are looking for

  • You have completed a business-focused apprenticeship or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • You bring at least three years of experience in a comparable role
  • You communicate confidently in both German and English language
  • You are well-organized, flexible and reliable in your working style and understand the importance of customer service
  • You enjoy taking initiative and working independently while bringing a proactive, hands-on approach to your tasks
  • You are interested in working with people of different backgrounds and possess strong intercultural skills
  • You are highly proficient in using the MS Office Suite and feel comfortable navigating digital tools. Experience with SAP would be a great addition to your profile
