To start shortly, we are currently seeking for our Development Project Operations department a
Technical Supervisor Vehicle Workshop NBR (M/F/D)
TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR VEHICLE WORKSHOP NÜRBURGRING ( M/F/D)
You will be responsible for
- Technical leadership of the vehicle workshop at the Hyundai Test Center in Meuspath / Nürburgring
- Daily planning of ongoing and upcoming tasks vs. actual capacity
- Supervision of the test center workshop & office capacity during I-Pool test weeks
- Supervision of work safety related items including required regular checks of equipment
- Supervision of workshop equipment level and potential future investments
- Supervision of employee knowledgebase and arranging of necessary trainings
- Physical support of the workshop team when necessary
- Location will be at the Hyundai Test Center in Meuspath / Nürburgring
Who we are looking for
- Completed education as technician in the area of vehicle mechanics, mechatronic or electric
- Extensive experience in the automotive industry, preferable in product development
- Experience as team leader and/or workshop leader
- Knowledge of the relevant work safety regulations
- Good organizational skills and the ability to motivate people
- Good knowledge of the standard PC tools
- Flexible and open minded working style including the willingness to engage in an international team
- Good skills in the English language
- Valid drivers license class B/BE
